Training

It’s often said that your people are your greatest asset. It could even be argued that they are your only asset! A demotivated workforce will impact on everything you do. Conversely, an engaged, empowered and dynamic workforce can achieve great things for your business. Training offers a great return on investment by focusing on your people, helping them build the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to take your business forward.

Our training is aligned with your business needs, strategies and goals. Content is designed to help your people develop the skills and confidence to deliver real results for your business. We apply best practice techniques to capture attention, involve participants and provide learning that stays long after the end of the training. We frequently underpin the content with recognised techniques, including Emotional Intelligence (EI), where we have in-house expertise within our team.

We often work in partnership with HR, Training or Operations teams, to ensure that training is delivered within the correct context and evaluation is based on the right measures. Our role ranges from design and delivery, through to providing full organisational resources to handle your entire training requirements.

From one hour to one year

We really do offer training for as little as one hour or as long as a year, with plenty in between! Our Power Hour is a short, interactive session, enabling participants to be inspired and immediately put learning into practice. Power Hours provide a highly cost-effective way of bringing new skills into busy teams.

Power Hours

Our core training includes Fit for Leadership™, a new and unique one-day programme for business leaders that builds effective self-leadership through understanding the impact of body and mind on human performance. We are also the UK’s most popular provider of ICS FirstImpressions™ and ICS ServiceManagement™ training, recognised by the Insititute of Customer Service.

At the other end of the scale is our Management Accelerator Programme (MAP), a long-term programme to develop future leaders, designed to run for 12 months or more. It requires considerable commitment by your business and the participants, but the results more than repay the investment and give you leadership strength for the future.

Core business themes

We also offer a wide range of training programmes under five core business themes*. Examples of these include:

Customer Service

Leadership and Management

Core Business Skills
